Outside of my academic and clinical work, I seek out experiences that challenge my limits and fuel my sense of wonder. From parachute jumping over the open skies of Central Pennsylvania and paragliding above the sweeping forests of Arizona, to conquering the EdgeWalk on Toronto's iconic CN Tower and taking to the air in a gyroplane over the breathtaking landscapes of Hawaii, I embrace every opportunity to see the world from a new perspective. On the ground — and in the snow — I find freedom exploring the majestic Swiss Alps, zip lining through the rugged wilderness of Alaska, and carving winter trails on a snow motorcycle right in my own neighbourhood. For me, the greatest adventures in life, much like in academia, always begin with the courage to take that first leap.
